Today’s workout was aweeeeesome!! It was LEGS & I smashed through it!
- Barbell squat
- 20kg x 10 x 1
- 25kg x 12 x 2
- 30kg x 12 x 2
- 35kg x 6 x 2
- Bodyweight squat with 10kg med ball x 12 x 3
- Goblet squat with 10 kg med ball x 10 x 2
- Leg press x 15 x 3
- Travelling lunges x 4 x length of room with 8 kg dumbbells
- Box Jumps x 12 reps
PLUS 1 min skipping in between sets for barbell squat, leg press & lunges.
So it was like Set 1 barbell squat + 1 min skipping. Set 2 barbell squat + 1 min skipping.
By the end of my workout, I was literally DRENCHED in sweat & it just felt AWESOME! I didn’t even have to do cardio at the end because I combined it throughout the workout! The fact that my workout was fasted made me go through the movements with ease.
Burnt 448 calories in an hour, which is great for my height/weight! Plus I wore my new workout clothes so I was very happy hehe!
