I was wondering what you think about having dairy 2-3 times a week (as in Natural Greek yoghurt) and also your thoughts on eating a serve of fruit each day? There is so much info on the net it is so overwhelming!
Hey gorgeous! I try and eat primal as much as possible which actually allows you to have dairy AND fruit- all information about it is in my FAQ Â if you want to do some more reading! I think fruit is amazing for you and I have at least 2-3 serves fruit a day :)

I was just wondering your view on cheat meals, would I still lose weight if I had one cheat meal a week that wasn't 'clean'?
I definitely think so. I personally have a cheat meal at least once a week (food like pizza, burgers, hot chips etc) and if I feel like a small treat during the week outside my cheat meal, I have it too! And I have honestly seen the most progress when I am relaxed and flexible with my intake, rather than restrictive. I think it matters what you do MOST of the time, rather than SOME of the time. So if you eat well 80% of the time, I think it will all be okay :) xx
